Just a quick note.

NewWifey(tm) harangued me into going on a business trip with her, partly because she wants company but mostly because she needs a slave. In return for pack mule duties I will receive two bowls of thin gruel a day and a blanket to sleep on. And sex. She may be a cruel and arbitrary taskmistress, but at least she showers. So I'm in.

Speaking of sex, I know that a couple of the people we'll be working with on this jaunt read this li'l ol' diary. So I'm either gonna get shot, or more sex. Can never tell with this bunch. I'm kinda hoping for the former after having met them once previously....

Ok, if you don't hear from me for a week or so that's what I'm doing. I don't have a smart phone, tablet, or laptop, but if I find/steal/borrow one on the road, maybe I'll check in and post an update. A picture of gruel or something.
